[MCN] Wildlife Explorer's Summer Camp

[Swan Ecosystem Center]

Discover the place where adventure and science meet! Explore the wild
diversity of the Swan Valley this July 22-25. Campers, ages 9-13 will join
experienced staff investigating the area's abundant wetlands and identifying
their aquatic life, reading animal tracks to reveal the hidden life of the
forest, monitoring elusive wildlife with hidden game cameras, searching for
rare species with radio telemetry technology, scouting alpine lakes for
native fish, and more.

 

Camp is based out of a historic Homestead-era facility on the Swan River.
$200 covers all food and lodging. Parents are invited on the final day of
camp for a Wildlife Video Film Festival to view camper-created videos.
Partial scholarships available.
