Thinking of buying a home? Learn the basics of the home buying process
through our nationally-certified HomeOwnership Class.

May 3rd - 5st from 6pm-9pm

*Our Get Ready for HomeOwnership Class will teach you how to:*

Select a lender

Determine what you can afford

Use your credit wisely

Distinguish between different types of loans

Understand home inspections and insurance

Identify special financing programs

Work with a real estate professional

Evaluate the pros and cons of homeownership

This nine hours class is taught by a Homewords Housing Services
Coordinator, Brendan Moles. Classes are $25 per person or $40 per household
and offered monthly. Childcare vouchers are available upon request and
refreshments are provided.
