Greetings,

The Cycles of Change campaign to build a world class community bike center
in the heart of Missoula is sprouting wings.  Help make this campaign go
'viral' by sending a message to your networks.  And please consider
donating $11.  100,000 people strong can accomplish anything!

Upcoming Events:

April 15th- campaign potluck at Free Cycles, 6-8pm.  All Welcome

April 16th- Bikathon Challenge: 75 miles, 20 miles or 1/4 mile kid loop.
Pledges encouraged, community BBQ at 5:30pm. Sign up to ride or pledge

April 22nd- 'Circles of Care' event (moved from 4-15).  12-20
demonstration pitches (2-4 minutes) on local active work in Missoula.

April 23rd- Free Cycles tune up station at Mud Celebration

April 27-29- Bike Walk Summit in Missoula.  We'll lead talks on community

April 28th-30th- Pedal Fest: Local bands playing downtown and Free Cycles

April 30th- Free Cycles workshops at UM- part of Eco Expo- including a
community ride and kid bike parade at 11:45.  http://ecoexpo.us/

April 30th- Ecopentathalon: say 'thank you' to the Earth- River cleanup,
recycling, prairie restoration, garden work, bike care.  Make a pledge and
a donor will match up to $1,000. organizer/contact: vicki.watson at mso.umt.edu

May 1st- Bike Swap at the Fairgrounds: Sell your bikes and gear and 15%
goes to Free Cycles and BWAM.  Learn more about the swap and the great

May 3rd- Give Local Day. Consider a gift to Free Cycles and MIST

May 6th- 'Celebrating Moms': music with Mud Slide Charlie, tasty food, tea
party and fun. Need: donated art for an auction and help with activities.

May 8th- deadline to raise 1.1 million to buy our 2 acres

July 10th- Tour de Cluck and Farm to Table Banquet: co-fundraising and
membership drive for the Food Co-op and Free cycles.  A local bike tour

July 14-17- Montana Bicycle Celebration, Missoula to Lolo Trail Opening,
Sunday Streets: Spearheaded by one of the best bicycle non-profits on the
