Ecology Project International (EPI) is accepting Montana
high school students to participate in this summer’s Yellowstone Wildlife
Ecology Program. This summer’s course will take place August 3 – 7.

The course will immerse your child in wildlife conservation
happening in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Activities include collecting
data for a Yellowstone National Park bison study, a morning observing wolves
with a biologist in the Lamar Valley, completing a fence project to improve
wildlife migration opportunities, and exploration of Yellowstone’s most active
geothermal basin. In order to maximize time outside, the group will camp and
prepare meals together camp-style. EPI’s instructors are experienced
environmental educators and researchers. Up to 15 Montana and Idaho students
will participate in the course. See https://www.ecologyproject.org/programs/local-communities-campuses/yellowstone/programs/summer-wildlife-ecology for more
information.

Enrolling is easy at our website: http://www.ecologyproject.org/enroll.
Course tuition is $350 (all inclusive – food , lodging, transportation,
activities, materials, etc.) and scholarships are available. Questions? Contact
Erin at 721-8784.

Students who participate in EPI’s Yellowstone Program this summer are
eligible to apply to participate in a month-long
paid conservation internship next summer (2017) in
the Bitterroot Valley!
