*About Ecology Project International: *EPI is an international non-profit
organization dedicated to addressing critical conservation issues through
field-based partnerships between local experts and high school students. We
engage adolescent youth from local communities and visiting youth from
other regions in applied hands-on science and conservation as they learn
about and help protect threatened species and habitats. Through EPI’s
programs in five countries throughout the U.S. and Latin America, teens are
inspired and empowered to engage in conservation efforts at home and
worldwide to become the next generation of conservation leaders. More

*Job Summary*: The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for providing
Human Resources support organization-wide such as coordinating HR databases
(BambooHR and Submittable), hiring, and other HR functions. This position
also coordinates benefits for US employees including health insurance,
retirement, etc. In addition to Human Resources functions, the HR
Coordinator is responsible for WHQ office coordination and is the main
contact for the Swift Building.
*Qualifications*:
*Required:*
· Strong organization skills
· Demonstrated proficiency managing detail
· Ability to work independently while working on a variety of tasks
· Excellent administrative skills
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to work well with other people
· Demonstrated ability to problem solve under pressure
· Competency with Microsoft Office applications (Access, Excel,
Word)
· Previous experience working in a professional office
· English Fluency
· Ability to legally work in the United States
*Preferred:*
· Previous experience with BambooHR, Submittables, Small
Improvements and/or other similar platforms
· Previous experience with benefit management
· Previous experience overseeing a commercial/non-profit facility
· Spanish fluency
*Compensation*: Competitive salary plus an excellent benefits package that

*Schedule and Location*: This is a full-time, year-round position based in
the EPI office in Missoula, Montana, during EPI’s core office hours
(Monday-Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM).
