Home Health and Hospice of Montana is offering a 4 week/8 session volunteer training from January 24th through February 16th.

Sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursdays from 6-8pm at the hospice office, 3301 Great Northern Ave in the Mountain West Bank behind Costco.

Training covers hospice care and philosophy, the volunteer's role, family dynamics, physical and emotional aspects of death and dying, grief and bereavement.
The training prepares volunteers to be an integral part of  hospice support and provide an extra level of care and comfort for patients and their families.
