For Immediate Release:

Warehouse of Bicycles Clearance Sale!
at Free Cycles Missoula, July 28th to August 5th

Raising Money and Awareness for Community Bicycle Programs and Putting
Bicycle Projects into the Hands of the People

Free Cycles Missoula is holding an enormous bicycle sale, from Friday
July 28th to Saturday August 5th, at the community bicycle property,
732 S. 1st St. W. The goals of the sale are to raise funds for programs,
create more space on the property for community endeavors, and provide
bicycle building projects for people in Missoula and beyond. All of
the bikes need work- from bare frames to mostly complete.

All bike projects will be $30 each, with a special of five bikes for
$100. The bikes range from vintage and classic to more modern styles,
such as Giant, Trek, Bianchi, Specialized and more. Road bikes, Mountain
bikes and Cruisers are all available for the taking during this week-long
sale.

The sale will be during Free Cycles' normal operating hours: 10am to
6pm, Tuesday thru Saturday. A special kick-off sale day barbecue will be
held on Friday July 28th at 4pm. As an extra bonus, there is a free
theater play being put on that evening by a group touring Montana by
bike.

Free Cycles provides bikes, parts, tools and knowledge for a healthy
community. The main programs are Open Shop, Build a Bike and BikeWell
classes. The overall goal is to create a healthy community by providing
free and low cost bicycles, with access to a community shop on S. 1st St.
Since 1996, over 18,000 bicycle have been given to those in need.

With over 600 bicycle projects available at the sale, there is a bike
deal for everyone. For more information, see freecycles.org or call
