[MCN] The ZACC is hiring an Operations Manager

The Zootown Arts Community Center (ZACC) seeks a very special person to
fill our Operations Manager position and join our dynamic team. The ZACC is
a fast-growing, bustling nonprofit community art center and this position
is at the center of it all. Must be outgoing, positive, creative, highly
organized, ambitious, passionate about the arts and ready to jump in.
Responsibilities of this position include managing and overseeing day to
day operations of the art center including a paint-your-own-pottery studio,
gallery shows, class registrations, monthly newsletter, and rentals. This
position is also responsible for designing programs and promotional
materials for classes, events, and annual reports, and updating ZACC's
website and online calendars. You will also be responsible for recruiting,
training, and overseeing volunteers and helping with many of Missoula's
beloved events including Festival Of The Dead, Northside/Westside Block
party, ZACC's Mini Show, Missoula Monster Project, and more.

The person we are looking for must have:
Managerial experience
Graphic design experience.
Proficiency in InDesign or at least a working knowledge of InDesign with a
desire to learn more.
Know your way around Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Google docs.
Experience recruiting and managing volunteers
Creativity and Love for the arts
Website operating experience
Excellent customer service track record
Interest in a long term investment to this rapidly growing organization and
being a flexible team player

Preferred but not required skills and experience:
Kiln and clay knowledge and experience
Glass fusing experience
Art teaching experience
Experience working with Drupal
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field

This is a full time salaried position with some benefits. Closes March 31st.
