Want to be a successful renter. Our free Rent Wise Workshop will teach you
the keys to renting including

Household budgeting

Impacts of credit and rental history

Fair Housing practices

The Landlord perspectives

Your rights and responsibilities

Steps to finding and getting into rental housing



Workshops are taught by a certified housing counselor and other
professionals in the community.  Workshops are free and open to the
public.  Childcare vouchers are available upon request.  Refreshments are
