Looking for a housemate at 1637 Sherwood St (corner of Sherwood and Burns). $500/month, which includes utilities.
Bedroom is a basement room, with kitchen, dining room, bathroom, etc., upstairs.

I’m a middle-aged-(plus) male; gardener, school counselor, landscaper who enjoys music, plants and dirt and rocks, natural history, and evening unwinding with a glass of wine.

Sorry…..no pets
Smoking ok….outside
