Your local Missoula County Conservation District is partnering with
Bitterroot Conservation District to bring renowned stockman Curt Pate to
our area for a low cost, low stress livestock handling workshop next
Tuesday.

Join Missoula Conservation District and Bitterroot Conservation District as

we host Curt Pate for a 1-day low stress livestock handling workshop in
Victor. Curt Pate has been leading stockmanship and safety demonstrations,
workshops, and clinics for over a decade. He will demonstrate and discuss
concepts of low stress livestock handling for improved grazing management
during this field-based workshop in the Bitterroot Valley. Low stress,
efficient stock movement can help improve soil health under improved
grazing strategies, while also producing a higher quality finished product.
