Lake County Conservation District is hosting this two-day conference that will
feature agricultural producers, natural resource professionals, and
educators from across Montana. Speakers will present and host panel
discussions on various sustainable and profit-driven topics such as grazing
management, soil health and testing, resilience, pollinators, wildlife
conflict, livestock/crop rearing and human health, plus many more. Visit

Prior to the conference on Wednesday, January 24, conference keynote
Fred Provenza, Ph.D., will give a *free community talk* on how crop and
livestock rearing affect the health benefits these foods provide. This talk
is sponsored by the UM Environmental Studies Program, Lake County
Conservation District, and Missoula Conservation District.
