A day-long retreat in Potomac, MT

Join us for a full day learning and practicing effective ways of communicating the feelings and needs that are important in our lives. You can learn how to balance between listening and expression in our important relationships and even in conflict. This work is based on the Nonviolent Communication model (NVC).

The intention with this day is to have a relaxed, welcoming and distraction-free environment for people to go deeper into learning these communication skills. You will have opportunities to better understand what drives you in your life; when it's working and when you have conflict. With that understanding, you can then express or act with greater clarity and compassion for yourself, and for others.

Workshop will be held in a 30’ Yurt in Potomac, approx. 40 minutes from Missoula. Directions will be provided. Snacks provided, bring your own lunch!
