[MCN] Ratepayer Rebellion rally in Helena

This Monday, December 9, from 12-1 p.m., join 350Montana members, and
ratepayers from across the state, in Helena for a Ratepayer Rebellion rally
at the Public Service Commission (1701 Prospect Avenue, Helena). Then at
1:30, participate in a public comment hearing at the Commission regarding
NorthWestern Energy's Resource Procurement plan--its road map to energy
production for the next 20-30 years--which is currently focused on heavy
fossil fuel development with little commitment to renewables. There is a
free bus available from Missoula to Helena for the event. To sign up for
