Join us for a First Friday photography show at GoodWorks Place on W. Alder
Street...

Shaped by fire and dominated by snow and ice much of the year, the Great
Burn Recommended Wilderness stands as a testament to the powerful forces of
nature that have come to define the West. Join the Montana Wilderness
Association's Shining Mountains Chapter and Brian Christianson Photography
for May First Friday to experience the Great Burn through landscape
photographs. The ‘Land of Fire and Ice’ showcases winter, a season that
sees few visitors, in the Great Burn. The photographs attempt to
communicate the austere beauty of a wild and rugged landscape under the
cover of its most inhospitable season.

GoodWorks Place
129 W. Alder Street
Friday, May 3rd
5-8pm

Wine, beer, and sparkling water will be provided for show attendees. Food
will be available courtesy of the Bitterroot Bison Food Truck. Large and
small format prints will be available for sale, including a small
collection of remaining prints from last year's Rattlesnake Wild project. A
short program will be delivered at 6:30pm.
