Hi,

I'm seeking a housemate for a house with a vibrant older man with a neurological condition who would appreciate occasional help with household and basic chores in exchange for reduced rent. Available in early February. This is a 4 bedroom Westside home with an entire upstairs available; the upstairs includes private bathroom and 3 rooms. The household includes a good-sized fenced yard with garden potential, full kitchen and laundry, garage storage space, and shared dining and living room. House is within a few blocks of Lowell Elementary School. 


The preferred rent is $500/month, plus shared utilities. The rent is negotiable based on agreed upon scope of support, which could include driving for household errands or other transportation support, house cleaning, snow shoveling/lawn mowing, meal support and company, etc. The homeowner lives in the downstairs bedroom and is friendly, out-going, and loves to talk progressive politics! He'd be grateful for a friendly housemate. Prefer an individual, couples considered. Well-behaved pets considered but standards for responsible ownership and behavior are high. Large or rambunctious dogs not considered because of the homeowners challenges with balance and mobility.
