[MCN] Say "No" to the cost of more coal.

NortherWestern Energy wants to expand its ownership of Colstrip 4, keep
coal emissions high through 2042, and make Montana families pay for it. *Tell
the Montana Public Service Commission, "No."*

On October 20 and 27, you can submit public “in-person,” and/or written
comments, on NorthWestern’s Application for pre-approval of an additional
ownership share of Colstrip Unit 4. (Docket No. 2019.12.101.)

As Northern Plains Resource Council puts so well on their website,
"NorthWestern
Energy wants 'pre-approval' to buy a larger share of an aging power plant
while passing all the risks and costs onto Montanans for years to come."
