Job Summary: The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for the daily
operations of enrollment procedures for Ecology Project International. The
Enrollment Coordinator’s time is spent supporting EPI's student and teacher
participant registration, collecting paperwork and payment, assisting in
securing travel arrangements, and providing customer service to
participants through the enrollment process. The Enrollment Coordinator
will work closely with other admissions staff to ensure that completed
paperwork and payments are collected in a timely manner and collaborate
with finance and program staff as needed with enrollment-related tasks.
This position is also empowered to identify new and creative ways to engage

Qualifications:

*Required:*

   - Demonstrated desire to make a difference in conservation and education
   - Strong computer skills, including database, and standard office
   software
   - Excellent verbal, written, and personal communication
   - Exceptional customer service skills
   - Proficiency with Microsoft office
   - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
   - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and establish and meet deadlines
   - Enthusiasm for teamwork and a goal-oriented attitude
   - Good humor
   - Commitment to the mission and goals of EPI


*Preferred:*

   - A. B.S. or professional degree completion
   - Experience with SalesForce and/or other CRM or donor management
   software, Photoshop, or InDesign, Mailchimp
   - Experience working in an office setting
   - Familiarity with Spanish language and/or Latin America



Schedule & Location: This is a full-time, year-round based in EPI
headquarters in Missoula, Montana, during core office hours (weekdays from
9 AM - 5 PM). Travel and evening or weekend hours may be required on rare
occasions.


*Compensation: *Starting salary is $36,000 plus excellent benefits package
that includes paid time off, sick leave, holidays, health insurance,
professional development, and other benefits as detailed in EPI’s Employee
Handbook.
