Join MWA's Shining Mountains Chapter for an online presentation by Doug
Ferrell and Zach Whipple-Kilmer of the Cube Iron/Cataract Coalition, who
will share some images and information about the Cube Iron/Cataract
Roadless Area near Thompson Falls.
Explore the Wild Country of the Cube Iron/Cataract with Doug Ferrell and
Zach Whipple-Kilmer (CICC) Wednesday, March 24 - 6:30-7:30 p.m. MST Doug
and Zach have a combined decades of experience hiking in the Cube
Iron/Cataract Roadless area, and have been working to build awareness and
support for this wild backcountry, which serves as a key wildlife corridor
between the Cabinet Mountains Wilderness to the north and the proposed
Great Burn Wilderness to the south. We'll mail a free copy of the
map/brochure "Discover the Cube Iron/Cataract" to the first 50 participants
who register by March 17 and provide a mailing address, so sign up soon! We
hope to have the map in your hands prior to the presentation so that you
