do it for 100 days alongside others. The site is designed to build and
reward long-term consistency, not perfection.

Some examples of goals other people have set this round:
- 5 minutes of intentional movement
- work on dissertation
- stand in front of the mirror & give a speech
- improve one area of my surroundings
- don't eat sugar
