Hello Missoula!


It’s that time of year again (WOO HOOO!) - we are planning for Home
ReSource’s annual party, Spontaneous Construction

(SponCon). SponCon
2022 is on Saturday, Sept. 17 - we hope you will join us!


Spontaneous Construction, or “SponCon” for short, has become an annual
Missoula tradition. Contest participants have seven hours to use their
choice of Home ReSource materials to build the most beautiful, functional,
and creative pieces they can dream up.


Grab all your buildin' pals, and start getting your team together (SIGN UP
HERE <https://secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/SpGgYgrYKV_JDnDNLYFNJA>).
Registration will be open until filled. We encourage you to sign up as soon
as possible to reserve your spot - we expect them to fill up quick!


Spectators are welcome to attend and observe, eat from some delicious local
food trucks, and partake in some fun family activities. As in the past,
winning creations will be publicly displayed and sold at our Annual Benefit
Auction <https://www.homeresource.org/about/sponcon-auction/auction/>.

In other (but still very related) news - Practice flexing your creative
reuse muscles for SponCon by entering masterpieces into this year's
Creative Reuse Division at the *Western Montana Fair*. We are accepting
entries until July 29th! Creations will be displayed at the fair for all to
see, and who knows, you might even win a cash prize!


***This opportunity is great for kiddos looking to make projects over the
summer!*
