Hi, I sent this email below with a request to include in your submissions,
but maybe it was too long, or inappropriate for this list?  My friend
Beverly Dupree turned me on to the list for the content and also rented her
home through a posting, so I assumed it was acceptable to post a home rental
on your site (I do want to limit to the demographics of your list - don't
trust other public sites).  Maybe this is too long, or without the photos
(that were attached to the original send July 15)?

My riverfront neighborhood house is available for rent from November 23,
2022 through January 31, 2023.  Check-in must be by Nov 27. Check-out must
be after Jan 15 (i.e. minimum 50-night rental, but can be up to 70 nights).


 

This cozy cottage home, built in 1920, has been lovingly updated and
renovated, and features modern appliances along with many restored
historical details including a claw foot tub/shower, original farm sink,
high ceilings, crown molding, and charm! Fully furnished, with a sunny and
fully stocked kitchen, breakfast nook, living room, dining room, mud
room/pantry, wood floors and Persian rugs, separate office with full desk,
one bedroom with queen bed, full bath, and laundry in the basement.  

 

There are no personal belongings in the home. Just bring your clothes and
personal items. Everything is on one floor, although the front and back door
are accessed via short staircases. 

Near the bike/ped path that leads to the river walk, downtown, and the
University campus. Missoula's favorite grocery stores, bakeries, and brew
pubs are just a few blocks away as well. Its private and quiet and just a
sweet place to spend your time in Missoula if you are a temporary worker,
visiting family, etc. 

Maximum occupancy is two adults. No pets, parties, smoking inside. 

 

RENT:  $3300 for minimum of 50 nights; pro-rated @ $65/night for additional
nights.  Includes all utilities, cable TV (+Roku) and Wifi. Guests will be
asked to sign a rental contract, pay a security deposit, be responsible for
snow shoveling according to city ordinance, and maintaining the house and
property in good clean condition (no housekeeping included). References
requested.
