NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS: MISSOULA COUNTY PARKS & TRAILS MATCHING GRANT PROGRAM


  

Missoula County Parks, Trails and Open Lands wants to fund projects that improve recreation opportunities on public lands located within Missoula County!  

  

Each year, grant funds are made available to communities interested in creating and enhancing public recreation sites and facilities located within Missoula County but outside the Missoula City Limits.



There is $50,000 available for community-driven projects that meet the outlined program criteria. Limit 1 application per group or organization, with no minimum or maximum limit for funding requests. The application window is October 17 – November 30, 2022.

New this year! We will be hosting introductory webinar sessions on November 1st and 3rd designed for those interested in learning more about this program and an opportunity to answer any questions you may have on how to apply, qualifying projects, the award process, etc. Meeting invites for these sessions, along with application materials, are available on the Matching Grant webpage<https://www.missoulacounty.us/government/community-development/community-planning-services/parks-trails/matching-grants#!/>.
