It’s no secret that the pathway to homeownership in Western Montana is a rocky road these days. This is having an impact on buyers as well as local employers and other community stakeholders. In response, we're seeing a growing number of unique solutions for both buyers and investors.



Partnering with the Montana Cooperative Development Center and NeighborWorks Montana, we are excited to host free workshops for investors and buyers on June 7 to introduce the co-op model to members of our community.
