In response to the DEQ’s Draft Environmental Assessment on Riverside Contracting’s 157 acre gravel pit and asphalt plant proposal, the legal team at Ferguson Law submitted comments on behalf of Friends of the Jocko, its members, and the greater Jocko Valley community.
