Our family is traveling this winter and are looking to rent our home while away. The house is cozy and located a block from the PEAS Farm and creek, with lots of trails right out the front door :)

Front deck and fenced-in back patio with amazing views.
2 miles from downtown and the university, 3 blocks from Rattlesnake Elementary.
Trails right from the door to the North Hills, Rattlesnake Creek and Mount Jumbo.
Available Dec 29 – March 20, 2024.
$2,000-3,000 per month. Negotiable depending on number of people and length of stay. Utilities included.
