[MCN] Free mindfulness workshop today!

Hi Missoula,

Families for a Livable Climate is excited to invite you to the second event
in our 3-part mindfulness series, *Regeneration for Climate Organizers
<https://livableclimate.org/events/2024/10/22/part1-fmspw>, TODAY, 12/12
from 2-3:30pm in the Headwaters Confluence Center*.

We recognize that working on climate-related issues can take its toll on
our hearts and minds. This practice is intended for local climate leaders
and organizers to help relieve tension and connect with our own bodies and
find renewal and refreshment. As you work so hard to take care of others,
we encourage you to carve out this small amount of time to try something
new and take care of yourself.
