[MCN] Room in house available for 3-6 weeks

Available mid-late February through early-mid April (somewhat flexible). I will be gone most of this time, so the tenant will have the whole house to themselves. Nice room in a fully-furnished, quiet 3-bdr house. Bed is a full-size, pull-out sofa/sleeper, but in great condition and pretty comfy. 1- 1/2 baths, Nice yard, washer/dryer.  (The full bath with shower/tub is shared, but the tenant will have their own 1/2 bathroom.) Absolutely no smoking, or unauthorized pets.  $800/month.

House is in a quiet residential neighborhood, 3 blocks from bus stops and 2 coffee shops, 1/4 mile from trails on Mount Sentinel, 3 grocery stores within 1 mile, and 2 miles to downtown. One can get around quite easily without a vehicle.
