Homebuyer Educator - The primary responsibilities of the homebuyer educator include providing homeownership counseling services such as pre-purchase, post-purchase and foreclosure intervention as well as administration and facilitation of the homebuyer education class. The position will require a full-time commitment and will be located at Homeword's office in Missoula, Montana. Asset Project Manager - The asset project manager will work with all facets of Homeword's portfolio of owned residential communities. This position is responsible for an array of grant writing and reporting, construction, rehabilitation and capital improvement projects on behalf of Homeword. This includes developing scopes of work, procuring for and directing consultants and contractors, coordinating with onsite property management and Homeword's Asset Management department and Project Team, reviewing construction in progress, inspection reports and project close-out activities for Homeword's owned assets in operations. The position will require a full-time commitment and will be located at Homeword's office in Missoula, Montana. Please note that we updated the title, description and application deadline for this position on June 6, 2024. After evaluating the needs of our asset management team and properties statewide, we determined that an asset project manager is a better fit for Homeword than an asset coordinator.
