[MCN] Free Natural Resources Law seminar

I’m writing because the Natural Resources, Energy and Environmental Law section of the Montana Bar is hosting its annual Continuing Legal Education seminar at the UM Law School on September 27th. The event is free and open to the public (read: non-attorneys).  We will supply coffee and bagels.  

In terms of the content:  professors, attorneys, and judges will be talking about current issues in Montana, such as the Held climate trial, joint tribal/federal management of public lands, the Clean Water Act in Big Sky, energy regulation, and more. I have attached the flyer.
