[MCN] Seeking a rental

Dear missoulians
After 13 years in my rental home, I have to move.
I am seeking a little cottage/cabin/home/mother in law unit in the country.
I work in Missoula and want to stay nearby. East Missoula, Frenchtown, even
Alberton would work.
My current landlord has written an excellent reference (which includes my
pets) and I know she would be happy to personally speak with you. I do need
a fenced yard.
I have taken very good care of this house. A smaller home is fine, although
I would dearly love some space outside to garden and enjoy time outside.
I am a respectful, responsible and reliable tenant with excellent local
references and full time employment. If you have or know of someone who has
something like this coming available, please get in touch, I would be very
grateful.
