Drawing from life = science and fun mixed together. There's the science of
understanding how light, shadow and proportion work as they're rendered on
paper, and there's the fun and total freedom of drawing what you find
interesting and/or beautiful while using the art process as a bridge to
connect more deeply with the natural world.

No experience necessary for this class -- we'll start at the beginning of
each session with a little demo of the techniques artists like Michelangelo
and Da Vinci have used, and then we'll have the opportunity to draw life
