[MCN] clean the clark fork from home

Hi MCN.

I have a new kickstarter about cleaning rivers and stuff. The weird
thing is that rather than shaking my fist (our fists) at bad guys, I
talk about what we can all do within our homes.  This is all driven
largely by the clark fork river, the missoula sewage treatment plant,
and my interactions with the missoulian and the county.
