We’re excited to announce a brand new hands-on workshop at MUD — *Sourdough
for Starters*!

Join local baker and chef, *Thomas Walker,* as he guides you through the
entire sourdough process — from creating and maintaining a starter to
mixing, kneading, shaping, and baking your own beautiful boule.

*Workshop Details:*
📅 *Monday, June 16*
🕠 *5:30 PM – 7:30 PM MDT*
📍 *Honeyberry Culinary Classroom*
Missoula County Department of Ecology and Extension
1075 South Avenue West, Missoula, MT

💲*Cost:* $45 – $50

You'll leave with a loaf you've shaped yourself and the skills to bake
