[MCN] In urgent need of a rental home

Dear Missoulians,
after 13 years in my rental home, it is going on the market and I have to
move. I have been diligently looking for affordable housing that will
accept pets without exorbitant pet fees.I am more than happy to pay a pet
deposit.
I would dearly love a little home in the country or on the outskirts of
Missoula, but would be grateful for a decent home within Missoula. I don't
need a big house, I would much rather have room outside to garden and spend
time outdoors. I do need a fenced yard.
I have an amazing reference from my current landlord, with whom I have
maintained an excellent relationship. I have taken very good care of this
property and am a good neighbor.
I have until the 31st and I am reaching out for help from this amazing
community. I am a reliable, low maintenance tenant with full time
employment and excellent local references. If you have a place available,
or know someone who does, please get in touch with me. I would be so
grateful.
