Hello folks!
I rent out a house on the Westside and am looking for a new tenant. It’s a nice 3+ bed/1.5 bath bungalow. Current tenant can be somewhat flexible on move-out, so available to move in and start lease as early as mid- October through December 1. Wood and marmoleum floors on main floor, glass patio doors open to deck, covered front porch; carpet and skylights upstairs; storage shed, shared back yard. $1,900/month, plus deposit to move in. Fenced yard.  Pets considered with approval by me and additional deposit. Water and garbage paid by me, other utilities paid by tenant. No smoking. Year lease.
