[MCN] Long term rental wanted

After 13 years in my home, circumstances changed for the home owner and I
was asked to move out. I am now in search of a new place to call home. I am
a reliable and responsible tenant with a stellar reference from my previous
landlord.
The rental market certainly has changed over the last decade here in
Missoula, and I'm hoping to connect with a homeowner who has a reasonably
affordable home, and is in search of a respectful renter.
I would love to find a little place in the country, woods or outskirts of
town—perhaps a cottage, cabin, or small house where I can create a peaceful
life. I work in Missoula and want to stay within sensible commuting
distance.
A fenced yard is essential for my beloved pets, and I dream of having some
outdoor space where I can plant a garden and spend time outside. The size
of the home matters less to me than the feeling of belonging somewhere I
can nurture and tend to with love.
I am a stable, full-time employee with excellent local references who
believes in being a good steward of someone else's investment. I carry
renters insurance and can easily handle a pet deposit.
