(arrive 7:15am) & September 18th (arrive at 12pm).*

Come cheer on the youth during the hearing! On September 17th from 7:15am -
9:00am, we’ll gather outside Missoula’s Russell Smith Federal courthouse
(201 E. Broadway, Suite 310) for a peaceful rally to cheer on the brave
youth plaintiffs as they walk into history, standing up for their rights to
life and liberty!

youth rights in the landmark Lighthiser v. Trump case. This event unpacks
the lawsuit led by 22 courageous young Americans demanding protection of
their constitutional rights to life, health, and safety in the face of
aggressive federal fossil fuel expansion as they prepare for hearing in
Missoula, MT September 17th and 18th.

Hear from attorneys and Our Children’s Trust staff about the case, big
picture goals, and how to support the youth plaintiffs. Come with questions.
