Now Hiring: Community Gardens Director, Garden City Harvest

The Community Gardens Director guides the Community Gardens team in
advancing both organizational strategic goals and those specific to this
program. This role focuses on program logistics, community engagement,
partner relationships, and budget management. Our garden sites serve as
beautiful and functional spaces where hundreds of community members can
grow their own food. This position offers a dynamic blend of outdoor
physical work and administration, and oversees a small staff.

*Hours*
Full time, year-round, averaging 37 hours per week for a total of 1,925
hours.


*Benefits*Medical and dental insurance provided with base plan premium paid
in full by employer; 2 weeks of vacation/sick equivalent per year; 6 paid
holidays per year; equivalent of one small share of vegetables in season;
phone stipend

*Wage*
Starts at $22.25/hour
