Homebuyer Education Class Fee Increasing in October:  For more than six years, we've kept the cost of our Get Ready for HomeOwnership class the same while continuing to provide expert instruction, updated resources and free one-on-one housing counseling. Beginning with our October class, the registration fee will increase by $5, bringing the total cost to $40. As the cost of delivering the class has increased and funding sources continue to shift, this small adjustment will help us keep the course affordable while continuing to offer free personalized counseling to participants across Montana.
