Monday to draw attention to the fast-approaching deadline of the Land and Water
Conservation Fund (LWCF).  Unless Congress acts soon, the popular fund will expire on
September 30.<span style="mso-spacerun:yes">  </span>The Land and Water
Conservation Fund, which uses offshore oil revenues—not taxes—provides
significant resources for improving access to public lands and funding parks,
trail systems, fishing access sites and conservation easements.</p>
