The device is used to allow a “television announcer” the opportunity to look directly into the camera (and by extension the “eyes” of the potential viewer) while reading from a script.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The device is a little pricey and I purchased it for MCAT in the hopes that a number of non-profit and civic groups would be able to use it to make short public service announcements for their organizations. Please consider this note your formal invitation to use it!
