They also learn about music history, attend song-writing clinics, talk about stage presence, create flyers for their upcoming show, design a band logo and screen print T-shirts. Students also get to meet other musicians in Missoula and get exposed to different local bands. Part of the goal of AMP is to create a safe, welcoming space for kids and teens to grow their love and passion for music, build friendships, and find their creative, rocking voice.
