<b>Join the Northwest Climate Action in Anacortes, WA, May 13-25!</b><br>
We are sending a caravan of Missoulians to join the climate action
in Anacortes, WA in Mid-May. Currently, there are 30 of us planning
to go! Do you want to join us?<br>
<br>
We are expecting more than 2,000 people from around the Northwest to
join in legal actions, as well as several hundred practicing
nonviolent direct action at oil refineries there. Protesters on land
and kayaktivist in the water. Our goal is to stop the build-out of
new fossil fuel infra-structure in the short run and force a switch
to 100% renewables in the long run.<br>

Here is the schedule of events leading up to our departure, as well
as events along the way. Please join us for events in Missoula, even
if you cannot join us for the caravan!<br>

<li><b>Monday, April 25 6pm </b>at the Union Hall (Upstairs):<br>
Come learn about the actions in Anacortes and meet the other
folks who will be going. There will be a slide show as well as
light snacks and refreshments. Please join us even if you can't
make it to Anacortes.<br>

<li><b>Tuesday, April 26, 5:30pm - 8:30pm </b>at the Union Hall

<b>Tuesday, May 3, 5:30pm </b>at the Union Hall:<br>
Nonviolence Training for those who want to do nonviolent civil
disobedience in Anacortes.<br>

<li><b>Thursday, May 12, 8:30am</b>, McCormick Park:<br>
Send Off Party! Come join us as we pack up and hit the road!
Yes, that's 8:30<b>am</b>, bright and early!<br>

<li><b>Thursday May 12, Noon, Spokane </b>(Tentative)<br>
Join activists from Spokane in a climate action there, and
welcome people from Idaho and Eastern Washington joining the
caravan.</li>
<li><b>Friday, Saturday and Sunday</b><b>, May 13-15</b><br>
Break Free Anacortes! Three days of actions!<br>
Camping at nearby Deception Pass State Park.</li>
<li>Return Sunday night or Monday May 15 or 16.<br>
