              Update</font></b> <br>

      </p>
      <p align="center"><font size="+1">Many others and myself joined
          the Oceti Sakowin Camp for Thanksgiving on Thursday and showed
          our gratitude to them for standing up for what is most
          valuable. We did so through prayer, productive action and
          donating food and supplies. We watched as a steady stream of
          cars poured into the camp all weekend, nearly doubling it's
          size. People have already winterized the camp by erecting many
          permanent structures. There are also large temporary
          structures for communal sleeping at night, for those having
          trouble staying warm, and meeting/activity spaces during the
          day. There are many who plan to stay for the winter, but are
          uncertain of the future after <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://www.scribd.com/document/332302365/Army-Corps-evicting-everyone-from-Standing-Rock-on-December-5"><b>The
              Army Corps of Engineers issued an</b><b> Executive Orde</b><b>r</b><b>,
              asking the</b><b> water</b><b> prote</b><b>ctors</b><b> to
              vacate the area by December 5th.</b></a> This could
          subject them to fines or detainment if they choose to remain
          on the land. </font><br>

      <p align="center"><font size="+1">Shortly after the USACE provided
          <a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="http://www.nwo.usace.army.mil/Media/News-Releases/Article/1013187/omaha-district-commander-provides-update-regarding-north-dakota-activities/">another
            update</a> with more clarifications. <br>
        </font></p>
      <p align="center"><font size="+1">Snow is now on the ground and
          many are well established there. The Executive Order states
          that the land they are on is leased for cattle grazing, but I
          don't think the land would be in use for that purpose during
          the winter.. <br>
