<p>ANNOUNCEMENT: EmpowerMT Advanced Leadership Training</p>
<p>EmpowerMT is excited to announce our <strong>Missoula Advanced Leadership Training for September 8th and 9th</strong> <span>at the Missoula Federal Credit Union’s Training Center (3600 Brooks St., Missoula, MT)</span>. </p>
<p><span>The Advanced Leadership Training is an intensive workshop that teaches participants skills necessary for providing influential leadership in ending discrimination, reducing intergroup conflict, and building inclusive communities and organizations. Through interactive, experiential activities, large and small group dialogue, and opportunities to develop and practice new skills, participants learn how to lead EmpowerMT’s <em>Building Inclusive Community, Workplace & Service Environment Training</em>. This training is an excellent professional development opportunity as well as being the first step in becoming an official EmpowerMT volunteer trainer.</span></p>
<p><span>EmpowerMT will also be holding an Advanced Leadership Training on the Flathead Valley in late summer or early fall. We will post more details about this training as the planning progresses.</span></p>

<p>In addition, if you are an educator or involved with schools in any way we will be holding our High School Advanced Leadership Training July 28 to 30 at Camp Paxson on Seeley Lake.
