<p>I just wanted to take a quick moment to remind you to register for EmpowerMT's Advanced Leadership training (if you have not done so already) and announce that we have figured out a location and time for the Flathead Valley Advanced Leadership Training.</p>
<p>As a reminder EmpowerMT is holding our Missoula Advanced Leadership Training September 8 & 9 at the Missoula Federal Credit Union Training Center. We will now also be holding a Flathead Valley Advanced Leadership Training on October 13 & 14 at the Mission Valley United Methodist Church.</p>
<p><span>The Advanced Leadership Training is an intensive workshop that teaches participants skills necessary for providing influential leadership in ending discrimination, reducing intergroup conflict, and building inclusive communities and organizations. Through interactive, experiential activities, large and small group dialogue, and opportunities to develop and practice new skills, participants learn how to lead EmpowerMT’s </span><em>Building Inclusive Community, Workplace & Service Environment Training</em><span>. This training is an excellent professional development opportunity as well as being the first step in becoming an official EmpowerMT volunteer trainer.</span></p>
