The Conservation Programs Officer works closely with NFF staff to manage award programs to support the mission and strategic conservation goals of the NFF and its local, regional and national partners. This position's responsibilities include a combination of grants management, grants administration, and communications. Specifically, the position involves the development and distribution of requests for proposals, coordination and development of specific granting programs, evaluations and handling of inquiries regarding program selection criteria and potential partners; tracking project progress and accurate disbursing, documentation and reporting of dollars invested.
