</font></b><font face="Arial,Arial" size="2"><font face="Arial,Arial" size="2"><p>Helena, but location is negotiable. </p>
</font></font><b><font size="2"><p>JOB DUTIES: </p>
</font></b><font face="Arial,Arial" size="2"><font face="Arial,Arial" size="2"><p>● Management and oversight of Healthy Montana’s canvass in Lewis & Clark, Gallatin, Missoula, and Silverbow counties </p>
<p>○ Train and supervise canvassers on direct voter contact and voter persuasion </p>
<p>○ Prepare door knocking lists, cut turf, track goals, and manage all logistics </p>
<p>○ Work in the field daily, knocking doors, alongside volunteers and canvassers </p>
<p>○ Drive canvassers to and from canvass locations daily </p>
<p>○ Track and maintain metrics about all aspects of programmatic work </p>
<p>○ Prepare canvassers each day before entering the field: ensure everyone has shirts, correct materials, correct talking points, and is presentable as the face of the Healthy Montana campaign. </p>
<p>○ Manage supplies and communicate needs to campaign managment </p>
<p>● Meeting with the campaign management and other staff members on a regular basis </p>
<p>● Maintain and cultivate a positive working environment to support and excite new and continuing volunteers and canvassers </p>
<p>● Be an ambassador for the Healthy Montana campaign publicly </p>
<p>● Other duties as assigned </p>

<p>● Applicants should have the flexibility to adapt to changing events and campaign needs </p>
<p>● Applicants must have strong communication skills and be able to work with a diverse group of people </p>
<p>● Applicants must be well organized, detail-oriented, and able to keep a schedule </p>
<p>● Applicants must be individually driven to accomplish goals without substantial prompting </p>
<p>● Having past experience in organizing is a benefit </p>
<p>● Applicants must share a passion for the work and the causes Healthy Montana works to advance </p>
