as a photographer and writer, Becca Skinner has focused her camera lens on everything from post-natural disaster communities to the conservation of the outdoors, showing the relationship between humans and landscape. In this talk presented by the Wilderness
Institute, Skinner outlines highlights in her career--from her work as a National Geographic Young Explorer, to a lasting interest in protecting Western landscapes, to a mature knowledge of the value of images as tools for education and change in an increasingly
interconnected and media-heavy world.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
